Vegan burger of chickpea

It is very easy to make and really delicious! Approved.

While in the refrigerator, before grill


Ingredients

2 cups of chickpea cooked and drained
5 tablespoons of oil (approximately )
1 raw grated carrots into thin drain
1/2 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of oats in thin flakes
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons of bread flour (approximately )
Salt and black pepper as you wish
 
Preparation

Heat the oil and fry the carrot, onion , parsley, oats and wheat germ. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Put the chickpea in food process and blend until it forms a thick paste. Add the remaining ingredients and mix manually. Add the bread flour to give league and move more. Divide the dough into 12 parts and shape the burgers. Take to the refrigerator for 1 hour at least. Heat a nonstick grill greased with olive oil and grill the burgers. Turn with the help of a spatula and brown the other side. Serve with pesto sauce and slices of whole wheat bread .

I ate mine with Pão de Quinoa Germinada and cottage cheese. It was so yummy!
